Professor Simina Brânzei
Simina Brânzei is an assistant professor of Computer Science at Purdue University. Before arriving at Purdue in 2018, she spent two years at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem hosted by Noam Nisan and Michael Schapira, as well as a semester at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing at the University of California Berkeley.In 2015 she earned her PhD in computer science. She was advised by Peter Bro Miltersen at Aarhus University in Denmark. Her research is in the area of theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence, in particular algorithmic game theory and theoretical aspects of learning.
