Who Can Apply

We are looking for an undergraduate currently enrolled in an accredited university within the United States or a high school senior who has been accepted into a university program for the fall semester of 2026.

Applicant must also meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a legal resident of the United States or a holder of a valid student visa
  • Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate program in an accredited US university or college

How to Apply

  1. Write a 300-word essay on one of the following topics:
    • Topic 1: The Evolution of Visual Marketing in Local Communities

      How have yard signs and physical signage adapted to compete with digital advertising? Discuss the continued relevance of tangible marketing materials in building community connections and brand visibility.

    • Topic 2: Entrepreneurship and Professional Presentation

      Share your thoughts on how small businesses and real estate professionals can build credibility and trust through their visual branding and signage choices.

    • Topic 3: The Future of Neighborhood Communication

      Analyze how homeowners' associations and community groups balance traditional communication methods (like yard signs and bulletin boards) with digital platforms. What role will physical signage play in the next decade?
