Our Go-To-Market Systems team powers the operational infrastructure behind Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations. From Salesforce workflows and user lifecycle management to system integrations and data governance, our platforms enable teams to operate efficiently and scale reliably.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented GTM Systems Intern to support the administration and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem and broader GTM technology stack. This role is ideal for a graduate student pursuing an MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field who wants hands-on exposure to business systems architecture, operational workflows, and enterprise SaaS tooling.
You’ll work closely with GTM Systems stakeholders on real operational initiatives, contribute to production-facing processes, and gain exposure to how modern SaaS organizations manage data integrity, automation, and cross-functional systems operations. We expect candidates to be comfortable working in an AI-native way, using tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis workflows.

What You’ll Work On
Salesforce & Systems Administration
● Support day-to-day Salesforce administration activities including:
○ user onboarding and offboarding
○ permission and access management
○ system hygiene maintenance
○ user support and issue triage
● Ensure security and access protocols are followed during user transitions.
● Assist with troubleshooting user-reported issues across Salesforce and integrated GTM platforms.
● Perform regression testing and QA validation for system enhancements, configuration updates, and automation changes.
Documentation & Data Governance
● Develop and maintain data dictionaries documenting:
○ object and field definitions
○ validation logic
○ automation behavior
○ integration mappings
● Own and maintain the Confluence knowledge base, including:
○ technical documentation
○ process flows
○ system diagrams
○ operational runbooks
● Ensure change management and release documentation is updated for production deployments.
Project & Operational Support
● Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for systems initiatives.
● Document finalized business requirements to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
● Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to coordinate inputs, approvals, and project updates.
Data Quality & Reporting
● Run recurring audits to identify and resolve:
○ duplicate records
○ inactive users
○ incomplete or inconsistent data
○ reporting discrepancies
○ automation failures
● Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support operational visibility and decision-making.
GTM Systems Exposure
You’ll gain exposure to modern GTM and business systems such as:

What We’re Looking For
We care about curiosity, ownership, and operational rigor over extensive prior experience.
You’re likely a strong fit if you:
● Are currently enrolled in a BS or MS program (MS preferred) in:
○ Computer Science
○ Information Systems
○ Information Management
○ or a related technical discipline
● Have a strong understanding of:
○ relational databases
○ SQL/SOQL fundamentals
○ data modeling concepts
○ table relationships and joins
● Are highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.
● Can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders through documentation and process explanations.
● Have familiarity with Salesforce concepts including:
○ Objects
○ Fields
○ Relationships
○ Validation Rules
○ basic automation concepts
● Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and troubleshooting operational or technical issues independently.
● Already use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude as part of how you learn, analyze, document, or troubleshoot systems.

Additional Information
● Hybrid internship role: Hybrid for July and mid-August in-office 3 days per week in Lafayette, Indiana
● Internship duration: 10-12 weeks
● Compensation: $25/hour
