meaningful opportunities that match their
passions. We are dedicated to helping you map
out and take charge of your career—no matter
where it may lead you.

Humana’s Early ID Program is designed for first year
college students from diverse communities
and underrepresented groups who will be
sophomores in Fall 2025 and are interested in
exploring career pathways with Humana.
This immersive, on-site development program will
be hosted at our corporate office in Louisville,
Kentucky from July 21-23, 2025.

As an Early ID participant, you will:
• Develop analytical, leadership, and communication
skills through professional development courses.
• Gain exposure to Information Technology and
Actuarial Science.
• Network with business leaders, current interns,
and senior leadership.
• Participate in sessions on diversity, equity, and
inclusion.
• Experience social and tourist events in Louisville.
Students must be available to travel to Louisville
during the program dates and participate each day
during normal business hours. All costs, including
travel, hotel, and meals, will be covered by Humana.
