Fix Rejected Mail

If you are trying to send email to address@cs.purdue.edu and your mail is being rejected, this is the place to resolve it.

Typically, we remedy the situation by adding an explicit whitelist entry. However, if the problem is more complicated, we may need more detailed information.

The best information is the un-altered SMTP rejection response generated by our SMTP server. If you have that, paste it into the form below.

However, if you are using Microsoft Exchange, it is very likely that the message has been modified in a way that makes it useless, so please provide as much information as possible.

Confirmation Code: 3891

(This is to verify that it this submission is being done by a human.)
