Milliman $5k Opportunity Scholarship, Apply by 11/25
The Milliman Opportunity Scholarship – U.S. Program supports undergraduate students who come from an environmentally challenged background, with an economically disadvantaged household, or are the first generation to attend college, and who are pursuing degrees in fields such asactuarial science, data science, computer science, economics, programming, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, and finance. Since 2017, Milliman has awarded 149 Opportunity Scholarships.
The application deadline is Wednesday, November 25, 2026, and the scholarship award is $5,000
Students are eligible to apply if they:
- Are academically high-achieving students with demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students who come from an environmentally challenged background, have an economically disadvantaged household, and/or are the first generation to attend college.
- Are full-time current or incoming undergraduate students at an accredited college or university in the United States. The relevant enrollment period is the Spring 2027 term.
3. Plan to pursue a career in the field of actuarial science, data science, computer science, programming, economics, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or finance.
