Invite to Ivy Tech Statewide IT Challenge, 11/20

For the first time, the Ivy Tech Statewide IT Challenge is open to students from every Indiana college and university — and we would love to see your students compete alongside ours.

A little background: the IT Challenge is a one-day, team-based competition hosted by the Ivy Tech School of Information Technology in partnership with TechPoint. Student teams tackle hands-on problems across IT disciplines — cybersecurity, cloud, software development, networking, data analytics, and applied AI — in front of judges and mentors drawn from Indiana's technology employers. It is free for students to participate, and past competitors consistently tell us it was one of the best networking and résumé-building days of their program. In addition, the entire day also doubles as an information technology career fair. When not competing, students have an opportunity to meet with more than a dozen prospective employers. 

This year's Challenge takes place on Friday, November 20, 2026. Registration opens in mid-September, and I will follow up with the registration link and a one-page flyer as soon as it is live.
