Free Access to Kiro for All Purdue University Students

Dear Students,   

AWS just selected Purdue University as one of the universities to get free access to Kiro, 1,000 credits per month for a full year, a $240/year value to students. Many students will verify instantly and be able to start using Kiro right away. For those who do run into an issue - and we know some will - we have a robust support process with trained internal and external support agents available to help:

  • For Verification issues (e.g., flagged as ineligible, document upload not working, verification not completing) → Contact SheerID Support: https://support.sheerid.com/en-US/help-center/contact-form. Users can typically expect a first response from a Verification Support agent within 48 hours.
