Education

I was born in South Bend, Indiana, and have lived in-state my whole life, now in Lafayette. I have never left the country (yet?). Growing up, I raised rabbits and showed a few in 4-H.

I was inspired to study and work in the field of technology and IT by my grandpa 86, who worked in IT for over 55 years at NCR.

I have attended classes at Purdue and Ivy Tech in the area since 2010.I completed my B.S. in Computer Graphics Technology - Virtual Product Design & 3D CAD at Purdue Polytechnic on West Lafayette campus. I also have an FA minor in glass and ceramic sculpture. I will soon start working towards my MS in CIT Project Management.

I love DIY (some days more than others) and have a house in the area I recently finished renovations and sold. I enjoy reading, movies, and anime. I'm dyslexic and really enjoy my audiobooks, (As well as regular books). I particularly enjoy sci-fi fantasy, historical and technology books, and biographies. I enjoy walking, biking, and hiking. I'm an avid PC & Mac tech enthusiast and love keeping up with developments on both platforms. I don't play as many games as I used to, but I really love KOTOR, Portal, Talos Principle, and Kingdom Hearts. I occasionally still make some glass and ceramic pieces, and hope to learn formal glass blowing in the fall. :)
