In Search of Impact:

Service Counts, Too!
This informal presentation will review some of the major elements of my professional career, including why I chose Purdue for graduate work and a couple of the trials and tribulations I endured while there. I'll talk about by research and about the various leadership opportunities I had during my career (at Ohio State and in ACM, CRA, CSAB, and ABET) and what I tried to accomplish in those capacities, as well as some of the lessons learned along the way.
