The 2019-20 program year starts with two foundational courses during the summer session. The summer session begins in mid June (see the program timeline).

The application deadline for the 2019-20 program was December 20, 2018*.

*The deadline for US citizens or permanent residents to apply to the 2019-20 program has been extended to April 1, 2019.  Due to visa procedural issues, international applicants who have missed the December 20, 2018 deadline are encouraged to apply for the 2020-21 program year (application window opens November 1, 2019).

Application Steps

  1. Make sure you meet our admission requirements
  2. Organize/collect your documents:
  3. Complete the Electronic Graduate School Application
    • In the application:
      • for your Area of Interest, select Information Security for Computing Professionals
      • for your Term, select Summer
    • If applicable, enter your TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE Academic scores into the online application before submitting it
  4. Submit your electronic graduate school application before the deadline, but after at least two of your recommenders have submitted their letters
  5. Pay the Application Fee

GRE scores are not required for admission and do not need to be submitted.

No documents should be mailed unless specifically requested.

Omission of requested information or falsification in the application forms or supporting documents or any determination by a competent authority of academic or other dishonesty will be grounds for denial of admission, revocation of admission, or expulsion from the University.
