Measurements for a hinged model of a triangle to a square

Since many people have expressed interest in making a hinged model of the 4-piece dissection of an equilateral triangle to a square, I have decided to supply exact measurements, both for angles and for edge lengths.

The angles are expressed in degrees. The edge lengths are expressed as numbers, with the side length of the square equal to 1. It is thus easy to scale all lengths to whatever factor you desire.

The approximations are to six decimal digits. I hope that that is enough!

Here is one of four possible hingings of the pieces:

A simple way to derive this dissection is discussed in my first book. There is an interesting history behind this dissection, as I discuss in my second book. I hope that you enjoy the model!
