Scott joined the Computer Science staff as an academic advisor in February 2014. Prior to joining the advising team, Scott served as a seasonal CS staff member for several of Purdue's K-12 Outreach Programs from 2006 - 2013, including the Adventures in Computer Science Summer Camp, K-12 teacher workshops, weekend workshops, and Science Olympiad events. Scott is a lifelong Boilermaker and a Purdue alumnus, having received his bachelor's degree in Social Studies Secondary Education in 2006. In 2013, Scott received his master's degree in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
