The server is only accessible through Purdue LAN or VPN. You can setup a sudo account to access the server via SSH.

To do so, access the server at HAAS 256 with the public account tundra (password is on a sticky note to the right of the server machine). Then, run the following command to set up your account:

sudo adduser <username>

You will be prompted to enter a password. You can then add yourself to sudo by:

sudo adduser <username> sudo

You can then test the connection to Tundra on your machine with:

ssh <username>@tundra.cs.purdue.edu

You are also free to set up an SSH key on your account, if you so prefer.
