Pentagram to decagon: Museum quality
Piano-Hinged Dissections: Time to Fold, by Greg N. Frederickson:

At the sixth Gathering for Gardner in March 2004, I showed James Dalgety a working model of my piano-hinged dissection of a pentagram to a decagon. He liked it a lot and asked where he could buy one. I told him that I could send him a set of the pieces and directions for taping the pieces, since I was too busy to tape it up myself. A couple of months later, Dick Hess taped the pieces together for James, and the puzzle was a hit at a mini-puzzle party.
Then in September, James asked me if he could post the model as the puzzle of the month on his Puzzle Museum website.
