Course Description
This graduate seminar examines the frontier of data management and artificial intelligence. We explore how classic database techniques—declarative interfaces, cost models, query planning, and workload-aware scheduling—are reimagined for LLM training and inference.
The course features a robust series of guest lectures from leading researchers in industry and academia.
