Management of agricultural data involves a series of steps spanning standardization of data structure to fitting of appropriate model to the data for facilitating decision making. This presentation will discuss an open-source web application, named PADE (Purdue Agricultural Data Engine), for interactively managing precision agricultural data and from other publicly available sources. Using a lean user interface (UI), it allows users to explore the effects of various methods and choices for fitting a mathematical model to the data for creating a regular surface. Users are provided option to graphically plot the results and share and/or reproduce results without undergoing any formal training in spatial technologies
