Internship Opportunity at Purdue DIAL Ventures
My name is Lourival Monaco, and I’m a researcher at Purdue DIAL Ventures (www.dialvenures.com).
We are a startup studio at the Purdue Applied Research Institute. We focus on creating startups that tackle major challenges in the food and agriculture industry, mainly through digital solutions.
We currently have two undergraduate interns (data science and computer science) working with us on our research team. Unfortunately, one is graduating in May, and we are looking for another computer science student to work with us.
Could you help us spread the word about this opportunity and find someone interested in developing projects in the food and agriculture space? Our work is multi-disciplinary and always involves people from different backgrounds in ways to leverage individual capabilities to synergistic outcomes.
To give you an idea of the types of projects these interns work on, our most recent project involves the creation of a cloud-based CRM-like platform to help us manage our network of subject matter experts. These people help us in our innovation process, helping us understand the most pressing needs of our industry.
