Charles F. Day & Associates Seeking Skilled Programmers

Established in 1995, Charles F. Day & Associates is a leader in software, modeling, and simulation, excelling in predictive analytics that serve diverse populations and promote education attainment, especially among underserved communities. Our roots in defense services, supported by our HUB Zone, veteran-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned status, have expanded into a broader mission.

Our core strength lies in innovative modeling and simulations, enabling predictive analytics tailored to the unique needs of diverse population segments. We are deeply committed to equity and inclusion, working closely with organizations dedicated to increasing educational attainment.

In addition to our defense heritage, we have expanded our focus to address the challenges faced by small businesses. In times of economic uncertainty and legal complexities, small businesses rely on data-driven solutions for informed decision-making.

Our services are designed to support small businesses in navigating this landscape, leveraging our modeling and simulation capabilities to provide predictive analytics that empower businesses to chart paths toward resilience and growth.

Our diverse team includes veterans, former military personnel, family members of military heroes, retired DoD civilians, and HUB Zone residents. We treasure this diversity which enriches our perspective and enhances our understanding of the challenges faced by communities and small businesses.

At Charles F. Day & Associates, we harness technology, data, and education to create positive impacts. We envision a future where all individuals can thrive regardless of their background.

Our multifaceted approach reflects an unwavering commitment to national defense, social progress, and supporting small businesses in their pursuit of growth.
