Full Stack Developer Position at Vitalize

Full Stack Developer

At Vitalize, we strive to improve the wellbeing of healthcare providers so that millions of patients
can get the best care possible. Right now, over 60% of healthcare providers are burned out. This
affects the quality of care that patients receive and unnecessarily costs hospitals millions of
dollars. Current wellness solutions for this population are not accessible or tailored to this
particularly at-risk population.

Vitalize is building a digital wellness platform that is tailored to the lived experiences of
healthcare providers. Our mobile app uses cognitive behavioral therapy to improve resilience,
professional satisfaction, and well-being. Our administrator dashboard allows hospital leadership
to access analytics about staff well-being and uncover drivers of burnout. By keeping the
clinician’s lifestyle in mind throughout our design and content, we improve adoption and
retention to wellness programming.

We’re at a very exciting stage of our company’s journey. We just launched our first two hospital
pilots, and plan to execute on an additional four in the next four months. We are currently in
Conscious Venture Labs’ accelerator program, and are rapidly growing our business and social
impact. We are looking for talented and passionate developers to join our team who can continue
building upon our current product as we enter the market and secure initial sales.
