KeyBank's Consumer Analytics Development Program

Consumer Analytics Development Program

KeyBank is looking for talented, analytical, highly motivated and results focused individuals to join the 3rd class
of our development program as Business Analysts within our Consumer Analytics organization.

About the Program:
At Key, we aim to hire the best and brightest talent, but we know that is just the first step of building a great
organization. Ultimately, we strive to develop and nurture our hires to help them realize their full potential.
The Consumer Analytics Development Program (CADP) was built with this premise in mind. It guides our
campus hires through their first 5 weeks at Key and provides meaningful structural and developmental support
thereafter.
You will start with your class of 10 CADPs in July 2024 for a week of initial onboarding at HQ in Cleveland.
Your cohort will join the broader enterprise college analyst pool to learn about the bank, speak with executives,
and acclimate to a professional environment.
The following 4 weeks have our CADP class moving into their home office - and running through bespoke
training sessions tailored for our program. You’ll learn about the business directly from our leadership and
teams, engage in both individual and group analytical exercises. The program culminates with a capstone
demonstrating a full project life cycle.
After 5 weeks, you’ll be assigned to your first rotation, manager, and mentor. CADP will remain as connective
tissue, with your cohort regularly reassembling for ongoing training and development. The program will
conclude with a rotation to a new team at the 12-month mark.
Previous classes have been assigned to teams across the bank adding analytical expertise. CADP’s have
been placed in analytical teams within Marketing, Credit, Deposits, Internal Advisory, and Digital lines of
business.

Program Goals:
• Provide action-oriented training and support from a team with deep experience driving analytical strategy
for different products at Key, as well as a variety of different banks and financial institutions
• Develop fundamental technical skills with best in-class analytical tools (Python, R, SQL, SAS, etc.) to
gather insights and inform new business strategies
• Expose our hires to industry concepts and best practices to develop a foundational understanding of Key’s
business and banking economics

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytically rigorous discipline graduating in Winter 2023 or Spring 2024 for a
starting date of July 2024 (No Graduate degrees at this time)
• Articulate and concise; effective in communicating with stakeholders and executive leadership
• Passionate about problem solving and data, with a love of identifying trends and
insights that can be leveraged to create business-impacting recommendations

Program Specifics:
• Full Time Position with Benefits including 401k Matching, Healthcare, Dental
• Office Locations: Chicago, IL, Arlington, VA & Cleveland, OH
• Base Salary of $100,000 Apply Here!
