University Graduate Roles at Google
Engineering Resident:• A 12-month fixed term role designed to jumpstart your career as a software engineer at Google.
• The Engineering Residency Program is a training and development rotational program where Resident take part in 2 months of training followed by up to two rotations on various engineering teams within Google.
• The curriculum for the first two months is built around learning core skills, practices, and technologies that engineers need to be successful at Google, with peer-learning projects and key non-technical coursework built in.
• The following 10 months are split into two project rotations, during which residents are individually embedded in product teams. Rotations are an opportunity for residents to learn by doing the work of an engineer
• At the end of the 12-month program, interested Residents will be considered for full-time SWE positions at Google -contingent on program performance.
• A great program for folks who might not have gone down the “traditional” computer science path.

• What we're looking for:
o Degree Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field
o Programming experience in one or more languages, including but not limited to C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go
o Authorization to work in the U.S.
o Strong work ethic
o Willingness to learn
Cloud Tech Resident:
• Google's Cloud rotational program where participants take part in two months of training followed by three 3-month rotations and then one one- month outplacements.
• Project rotations will provide unique opportunity to work in different technical client-facing roles within Cloud Customer Engineering, Professional Services (PSO) and Cloud Support.
• This role can and will be client facing, for those interested in working with people.
• Location: Austin
• What we're looking for:
o Degree Requirements: BS and MS candidates
o Experience in web technologies (Certifications: AWS Cloud Computing, Azure Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Data Engineering)
o Client-facing internships
o Customer service, leadership roles, project management
o Ability to travel 40%- 60%
