What you will do:


Become knowledgeable in Supply Chain and Software industries, enVista’s business model, and operations.

Gain project and on-site experience.

Travel to the client site for delivery of solutions is required.

Contribute analysis in the form of data and requirements gathering in support of project goals.

Support Consultants and Project Managers in operational support implementing enVista Solutions.

Learn and practice the fundamentals of Supply Chain and enVista project methodology

Increase experience and expertise through testing, documentation, and go live experience


What you will do:

  • Consult with prospective customers to identify business problems, objectives and priorities relevant to our software solutions
  • Lead/perform all implementation tasks and assist customer with application design, setup, testing and training of the Unified commerce solution
  • Gather functional requirements with customers to understand expectations and gaps
  • Develop functional and system design specifications for modifications
  • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solution(s)
  • Become an expert in the Unified Commerce product suite
  • Advise customers on best practices in the areas of warehouse setup, receiving and shipping
  • Work effectively with staff members and executives at all levels within customer organizations
  • Quickly understand business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry
  • Assume role of Trusted Advisor to customers and be comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions
  • Provide support and guidance to business unit leaders and implementation team on implementation strategy, business benefits, and action plans throughout the project life cycle
  • Liaise directly with other implementation Teams, Engineering, Support to ensure a coordinated approach
  • Build a strong interactive relationship with customer contacts


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Java, JavaScript, AngularJS experience preferred
  • Ability to deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning and reasoning abilities
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Travel: 50-75% pre-pandemic; currently evaluating the amount of travel in a new normal world
  • Individuals may be based out of our Carmel, IN office or remotely in the United States
