The Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is designed to equip new or recent graduates with the technical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our Agile Operating Model.

 

The Software Engineering track will grow your capabilities in modern software development technology and practices.  Within this track you will gain expertise in development practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, test driven development, security, APIs, and Cloud.   The track will progress you though two 18-month rotations to develop the complete skillset you will need for future software engineering roles within the enterprise.

 

Work Statement:  US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 
 

What Skills You Need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, Python or JavaScript.
Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
Previous technical experience through an internship or part-time student position.
 

Must be able to relocate domestically. Assignments will either be in the Quad Cities area (Moline, IL/Davenport, IA) or Des Moines, IA area.
