Applications Open for Women in Technology Summit, 6/23-24

Join us for the
2022 Women in Technology Summit
hosted by Liberty Mutual Insurance!

What is it?
The Liberty Mutual Women in Technology Summit is an immersive two-day program that
empowers, motivates, and celebrates women and non-binary individuals, pursuing a career path
in technology. Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about Liberty Mutual's
TechStart Summer Internship Program and will be guaranteed to interview for a spot in the
2023 intern class.

When is it?
The Liberty Mutual Women in Technology Summit will take place virtually on Thursday, June 23rd and June 24th.

What to expect:
Female and non-binary students from diverse backgrounds, representing various schools
across the country, will come together for a two-day event to share experiences, life
learnings, and their passion(s) for being a woman and/or non-binary in tech.
Attendees will participate in workshops and activities designed to foster leadership
qualities, build a network, and encourage group collaboration. You will leave this event
feeling empowered and having gained a new network of strong women and non-binary
professionals and peers.
There will be numerous opportunities to network with our Women in Technology organization here at
Liberty, peers, recent college hires, senior leaders, and recruiters. Participants will learn what it’s like to
work in tech, the types of roles they can pursue, and necessary skills for a successful career in tech.

To be eligible, you must:
• Be a current, full-time, undergraduate student identifying as female or non-binary in your
freshman or sophomore year
• Be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Informatics, Software Engineering, or other related technical programs
• Possess strong technical, analytical, communication, & organizational skills
