ITA Tech Challenge, Oct 3

It’s that time again….

The weather changes, the leaves start to turn and a new school year begins which can only mean one thing – the ITA Tech Challenge is back! Brought to you by the Illinois Technology Association, this coding skills tournament brings together students from almost 50 universities to compete head to head for the top spot and coveted first place prize of $5,000 (plus, bragging rights)!

If you make it to the Top 50 and move on to phase 2 of the challenge, you also will get the chance to interview with sponsoring Chicago-based tech companies for internships and full-time opportunities.

Phase 1: Initial Virtual Challenge
Opens: Monday, October 2 at 9:00 a.m. CT
Closes: Friday, October 6 at 11:59 p.m. CT
Virtual Link: hr.gs/2017virtualchallenge

You can take the virtual Challenge anywhere, anytime between October 2nd and October 6th. Please note, once you begin the test, you cannot stop and start again. You will have two hours to complete the Challenge and you can code in any language. You will need to upload your resume to access the challenge.

Phase 2: Final Challenge
The Top 50 scorers out of all participating universities will be invited to Chicago to compete for the ultimate prize, $5,000, and interview with sponsoring companies.
