Ag-Celerator Callout and Info Session, Sept 14

Purdue Ventures is hosting a fall semester callout and info session for the $100,000 Ag Innovation Ag-Celerator for Purdue students, faculty, alumni and other Purdue affiliates on Thursday, September 14th 5:30pm-7:30pm at MRGN 121, located inside Burton D Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship at Discovery Park.

Ideas, startups and businesses based on Purdue plant sciences innovation are eligible to apply and compete for funding. All fund applicants must become Purdue Foundry clients and complete the ideation validation cohort, or similar training, during the fall semester. Those commercializing Purdue intellectual property must first obtain a Foundry certification.

Innovations can be anything related to plant sciences including, but not limited to, innovations advancing crop traits, generating higher yields, using big data to improve farm management, new uses of plants, precision agriculture and advanced breeding techniques.
