Oral English Proficiency Program (OEPP) Seeking Volunteers

The OEPP needs volunteers to help international graduate students prepare to become effective teaching assistants at Purdue this fall.

*Chat informally with our international graduate students
*Observe students in ENGL 620 give oral presentations to practice
speaking English in a classroom setting. (ENGL 620 is the OEPP's class for international teaching assistants)
*Participate in a question-and-answer session and complete a brief written evaluation
*Roundtable conversations: chat one-on-one and in small groups with international graduate students
*Earn an Intercultural Communication Partner Certificate to build your resume

Sept 6 & 7 Presentation One
Sept 25-28 Presentation Two
Oct 23-26 Presentation Three
Nov 8 & 9 Roundtable conversations
Nov 27-30 Presentation Four
