Notes

The LWSN Cisco Telepresence System is on the NLR Telepresence Exchange. We are able to communicate with Cisco Telepresence Systems on NLR and other exchanges, e.g. Cisco and TATA. Conference calls are assigned a bridge number that all parties call to join the conference.

Scheduling

This room can be scheduled by sending an email request to events@cs.purdue.edu

All meeting requests should be a minimum of 24 hours prior to the meeting time. Please provide the following information:
  • Date and Time (please include timezone)
  • Contact information of requesting party
    • Name
    • Purdue Department affiliation
    • E-mail address
    • Phone number
  • Names and contact information of individuals attending meeting
  • The remote Cisco Telepresence location(s)
After we receive this information, a bridge number will be assigned for the event. We will provide this bridge number to you and all parties for which you provide contact information. All parties to the conference call the bridge number to join the conference.

Canceling

Please contact events@cs.purdue.edu to cancel a scheduled meeting reservation.
