The CS Department computing facilities group is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of the departmental systems and infrastructure.
An Overview describes the computing facilities available to members of the CS Department.
For authorized individuals looking to access UNIX machines and E-mail servers supported by the department from remote locations we provide software to allow you to do so with a reasonable degree of security.
We currently support nine undergraduate computing Labs. The Information Technology at Purdue (ITAP) maintains a large number of research and instructional laboratories. Most of the ITAP Facilities are available to members of the CS Department.
The Staff includes a number of full-time computing professionals as well as graduate and undergraduate assistants. After hours support may be provided, please follow the Emergency Support Service Guidelines.
