Spots

o Description (page under construction)

SPOTs are Stego Process Transmissions. These are transmissions hidden in plain sight, operating statically as objects or operating dynamically as processes. SPOTs are generated by stego processes, which are application-related cover processes bound to secret-key stegosystems. Any such cover process that can be used to support a stego process becomes a covert channel. This project investigates dynamic covert channels with a focus on generation, detection and testbed evaluation. The application areas are diverse, ranging from finance and numerics to patterns and music.
