Dan is currently a graduate student at Department of Computer Science in Purdue University, advised by Prof. Luo Si. Before this, he got his master's degree from Automation Department, Tsinghua University, advised by Prof. Changshui Zhang. During the summer of 2010, he worked as a research intern at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, under the supervision of Dr. Yan Liu. His research interests mainly include Information Retrieval, Data Mining and Machine Learning. He has published papers in several top conferences, such as NIPS, SIGIR, SIGKDD, IJCAI, AAAI, ICDM, SDM, etc, and journals, such as TNN, PR etc.
