Shumiao is a graduate student in Computer Science Department. Her research interests are mainly in information security and algorithms. Currently, she is working on designing protocols for client to outsource computation to powerful server without leaking important information. Also, she is a research assistant under the supervision of Prof. Mikhail Atallah. Prior to coming to Purdue, Shumiao studied at Shandong University and received BS degree in Computer Science.
