Chris Mayfield is a fourth year Ph.D. student studying database systems with Professor Sunil Prabhakar. His research interests include uncertain and probabilistic data management, database indexing and query optimization, self-organizing database management systems, record linkage and data cleaning, knowledge discovery and data mining. He is a member of the Orion project and the Indiana Center for Database Systems (ICDS), and currently serves as chair of the CS Graduate Student Board (GSB).
