Winter at Purdue Photo Contest

The Purdue Graduate School's Recruitment Services office is holding a Winter at Purdue Photo Contest. The Graduate School is looking for photos that may be used in graduate recruitment materials (brochures, Web sites, e-cards, etc.).  For complete details and contest rules visit http://www.gradschool.purdue.edu/photocontest/.

Photos will be judged on their quality, creativity, composition, and adherence to the theme Winter at Purdue.  Send your best action shot of graduate students at Purdue by Monday, March 31, 2008 by 12 Midnight, and you could win prizes 1st prize ($300), 2nd prize ($200), or 3rd prize ($100). Contest winners will be notified by April 30, 2008 by email. Winning photos will be posted on the contest Web site at www.gradschool.purdue.edu/photocontest.

To submit your photo, include in an email your:

*     Name
*     Email address
*     Telephone number
*     Department or Program
*     Degree Objective (e.g., M.S., PhD, etc.)
*     When and where the photo was taken
*     A one sentence description of your photo
*     Save your photo with your last name and a one word description, for example: Smith_Snowman.jpg; Jones_Sledding.jpg.
*     Attach your photo and send to recruitsrvcs@purdue.edu
*     Photo Release Forms, if needed, may be campus mailed to Grad School Recruitment Svcs., YONG B-80.  Include your name and the name of the photo(s) on all photo release forms so we know what photo(s) they go with.
