CS 314: Numerical Methods

Late problem sets will not be accepted. Under extenuating circumstances, a student can make arrangements with the instructor before the due date.
The write-up of your solutions should be as clear and precise as possible. Always make sure to staple your work and to write your name on the first page.
For a regrade on an exam contact your instructor within 7 days from the date when the exam was officially graded.
For a regrade on a homework/quiz contact your TA within 7 days from the date when the assignment was officially graded.
No regrading after the seven-day period.
Graded assignments should be picked up from the TA during office hours.
Quizzes are given on Tuesdays during the last 10 min of class.
The quiz question is related to one of the homework questions due on that same day.
Quiz 6 will be the only exception. It will be held on Thursday July 26 and it will contain 2 questions: one is related to HW 6 problems and the other is related to materials covered in week 7 of class (numerical differential equations).
