The digital world has changed. You can find about your roommate more than anything by searching his name on google. Perhaps you landed here by searching my name on some search engine. The Digital Information explosion in the last 5-10 years has been unbelievable. This requires various clever techniques in information handling, from creation to usage: Data cleaning, Mining, Security and Privacy . The days have gone past when bits and pieces did not matter, now only the binary Digits matter. Raw computing power alone can't handle such massive data [I wonder how appropriate the name "super computer" is, since as a super-man it seems to be content in hiding in some scientific labs and quite negligent of the outside world]. Grid has come to the rescue though... enough of this peek into my mind, now you know what I am interested in.
