I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University. I am a member of CERIAS. My advisor is Prof. Ninghui Li, who is also the chair of my advisory committee. Other members of my advisory committee are Prof. Elisa Bertino and Prof. Chris Clifton.

Research Interests
My research interests lie at the intersection of databases, data mining, security and privacy. My research focuses on the following topics:
- Data privacy & security.
- Secure database outsourcing.
- Secure data retention for regulatory compliance.
- Role mining for role-based access control systems.
Here is a detailed description of my research projects.
Recently, I have been working on security and privacy issues in data publishing, bioinformatics, cloud computing, and social networks.
