Scope:

Extent of target class of problems the PSE addresses:

Power:

Ability to actually solve problems in the scope.

Reliability:

Measure of how often PSE produces correct results.

"Unable to solve problem" is a correct result.

Adjustability:

Measures how much flexibility PSE has in solving problem. Is the problem statement really a single-threaded program or not?
