Dissections in the doghouse

Dale Taylor, who writes the online comic strip Not in My Backyard! also likes geometric dissections. I asked him, "Any chance that Oscar will attempt a dissection?" (Oscar the wiener dog is the main character. Actually, his name got changed to Wyman at some point.) Dale responded:

By the way, that irrepressible squirrel is named Oliver.

Dale noted: "I have a marvellous proof of these dissections, but I regret the margin of this email is too narrow to contain them."
