This software from Purdue University can be used for manipulation
of the RouteViews data in both
Cisco and Zebra formats.
It also contains an implementation of
the AS-relationship inferrer based on the algorithm proposed by Professor Lixin

This tool suite was tested on Gentoo Linux version 1.6.13 with GCC compiler version 3.4.4.
