• Tutorial on quality of service and congestion control, including TCP congestion control, scheduling, buffer management, admission control, integrated and differentiated services: Hui Zhang, Traffic control and QoS management in the Internet, ICNP 98 tutorial, at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/People/hzhang/. Search for "Tutorials". The last time I tried, only slides.ps.gz worked (the pdf and six/page versions are no longer there, but I have a hard copy of the six/page version if you want to borrow it). Also it's better to view the file on a PC as ghostview on UNIX sometimes has problems displaying the file (I think it prints, though).

• Tutorial on multicasting and reliable multicast: Mostafa Ammar and Don Towsley, Group (multicast) communication in wide area networks, SIGCOMM 97 tutorial, at http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fac/Mostafa.Ammar/tutorial.html This is in HTML and PowerPoint formats (try on a PC to print six/page versions).
