About Me

I'm a post doctoral researcher in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University.
I work in the DS^2 lab headed by Prof. Cristina Nita-Rotaru and affiliated with CERIAS.

Previously, I was a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at Johns Hopkins University, in the SPAR lab, under the supervision of Prof. Giuseppe Ateniese.
My interests include Information Security and Web Technologies.

I'm in the program committee of Secure Network Protocols (NPSec), a workshop held in conjunction with ICNP. Please send some good papers!


Research Interests

- Applied Cryptography
- Network Security (primarily for wireless networks)
- Privacy in Computing

Some topics I have worked on, reflecting my research interests: Security of storage systems, security of wireless networks, searchable encryption, security of DNS (SK-DNSSEC).
Other areas of interest in cryptography: Broadcast encryption, privacy preserving data-mining.
Other areas I'm (more remotely) interested in: Security of Web Services, Human-Computer Interfaces.
