Submission guidelines 

Authors should e-mail the electronic copy of the title, abstract, and related areas of the 
paper to the guest editor at bb@cs.purdue.edu to register the paper by January 31, 2004.

The full version of the paper in Acrobat PDF format should be emailed to the same address by 
February 21, 2004. Submissions should be limited to 20 double space pages, excluding figures, 
graphs, and illustrations, with body text should be typeset in at least 10-point size typeface,
preferably Times Roman or Computer Modern. The format details can be refereed at the 
journal’s website.
