Graphical Version Control Tool

Abstract

Develop a graphical version control tool with a layer of abstraction for
interfacing with different version control packages. Writing different
plugins for differing version control packages would result in a very useful
tool.

There are free/open version control packages. One of the more widely
used ones is CVS. The benefit in learning how to use a version control
package would be very valuable to college CS students. This project could
produce something usable and fun for them to develop.
