About the Midterm

1. Closed book/notes. Questions will mostly resemble homework questions.
2. Duration: 75 minutes.
3. Distribution of points: One question from Schach's book (20%) and three from Laarman's book (80%).
4. There will be a review of all material during the class on Tuesday Oct 3.
4. Coverage:

Note that NOT all sections listed below have been covered during lectures. 
 

All class notes.  
Schach's book: Chapter 1: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, and 1.6.
Chapter 2: 2.1 through 2.8 and 2.11 (not covered during lectures).
Chapter 3: 3.1, 3.2, 3.3., 3.4, and 3.6.
Laarman's book: Chapters 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 17, 18: all of it. 
Ignore diagrams indicating artifact dependencies e.g. on page 86 
and phase activity diagrams such as the one at the top of page 86.
