• FlowMatch, an R package for matching cell clusters across flow cytometry samples and computing the meta-clusters. Written in C++ and R.
• FlowRLR, an R package to classify HIV affected samples by using regularized logistic regression.
• FlowTC, an R package for template-based classification of immune profiles.
