Why Should You Attend …

  • Computer Science is a unique field of study with a strong foundation in mathematics. You can gain exposure to this exciting discipline that can then be taken back to the classroom to enhance your curriculum and teaching strategies. In addition, we will highlight how these concepts tie into the Indiana Academic Standards. Attendees will earn 15 CRU's towards license renewal.

What You Will Learn...

At the conclusion of this workshop, teachers will:
  • Take home activities, games, and puzzles to use in the classroom
  • Define the relationship between math and computer science
  • Gain valuable knowledge about topics such as Algorithms, Binary Numbers, Recursion, Cryptography, and Logic Circuits.
Sound Interesting???Then this is the workshop for you!
