The Honeywell Innovators Scholarship embraces this commitment by supporting the leading innovators of tomorrow in two important ways: First, by providing outstanding students with the financial and academic resources to complete their final year of undergraduate or graduate studies; and second, through our distinctive internship program that seeks to mentor these individuals through a paid summer internship at a Honeywell facility in an effort to further identify those with the greatest potential for success in a Honeywell career path.
Eligibility requirements:
The Honeywell Innovators Scholarship Program is open to undergraduate or graduate students who will be entering their final year of study in the fall of 2007 at 11 select universities around the world.
Applicants should be enrolled in a science, engineering or technology major and must demonstrate superior academic ability (top 25% of major class), as well as leadership and community service qualities outside of the classroom.
Applicants will be required to provide official university transcripts, two letters of recommendation and responses to two questions in essay form.
The monetary portion of the Honeywell Innovators Scholarship will be awarded to scholarship recipients upon satisfactory completion of a Honeywell internship.
Application deadline:
Completed applications must be received no later than December 15, 2006. All applicants will be notified of their status no later than March 15, 2007.
