Before you arrive on campus:

1. Discuss with your advisor which courses you should register for: Master's Curiculum, Doctoral Curriculum, Course Schedule.
- 2. Set up your Purdue Career Account . Your online admission letter provides the information needed. To activate your career account, you need your Purdue University Identification Number (PUID), which was provided in your online admission decision letter. You will also need an initial account setup PIN. The initial account setup PIN was sent to you by email from the Graduate School's Admissions office after you reviewed your online admission decision letter. Contact gradinfo@purdue.edu with questions.
3. Schedule your courses at mypurdue.purdue.edu. Instructions on how to enter your courses into the system can be found there.

4. Pay your fees, if any, by the due date as posted in mypurdue.purdue.edu. If fees are not paid by the due date, you may incur late fees or your registration may be cancelled.

5. Find Housing. Make sure your utilities will be turned on before you move and update your contact information upon moving using myPurdue.

6. Complete this medical history form:

and make sure you fulfill the State of Indiana's immunization requirements.
After you arrive on campus:

7. Pay your fees with the Bursar's office in Hovde Hall, if you have not already done so.
8. Obtain your Purdue ID card in the Purdue Memorial Union.
- 9. Set up your access to your CS account.
10. Make an appointment with your initial advisor.
11. Participate in the Orientation sessions, if joining our program in August.
12. Sign up for payroll and pick up your health insurance packet at one of the sessions listed here, if you have been offered a fellowship or graduate assistantship.

13. Pick up memos from the graduate secretary in Lawson 1137.

14. Get your office assignment and keys from the Building Administrator in LWSN 1151.
- 15. Submit the photo release in the CS Portal (access is in the upper right corner of www.cs.purdue.edu).
- 16. Set up your CS Homepage.
17. Subscribe at https://lists.purdue.edu/mailman/listinfo/cs-colloq, if you wish to receive CS colloquium announcements.
